I have changed the settings to that it does not allow people to upload much at a time but its still very bad because i break my upload limit. Its just the temporary files they download because i move the other files to another location. Is there something i can install to make it so they cant download of me at all.How do i stop people from uploading of me on eMule?
This is not really possible. The only thing you can do is get a firewall like Outpost and block emule uploads from there, but you will get low IDs in emule and your downloads will be slow.
