How do I change i-tunes store location?

I'm from the UK, but I live in Japan. I'd like to have access to the Japanese i-tunes store and download music not available on the UK store. How do I switch over? Can I still use the same payment information?

What you do is go into iTunes and go to the iTunes store and scroll all the way to the bottom. There should be a scroll down menu with all of the countrys that have iTunes. I hope that helps.
