You're talking about FireFox? So, go to tools menu %26gt; options %26gt; on the main tab %26gt; refer to downloads and then click on the browse button next to ';Save files in'; box.How do I save a download to a different location?
What browser are you using, and which OS? Each one has different options.

OS X/Windows:

For Firefox, go to ';Preferences'; and either change the default download location, or have it ask you each time something is downloaded.

Windows:

For Chrome, click the Wrench, and then ';Options';. Under ';Minor Tweaks';, make sure ';Ask where to save each file before downloading'; is checked.

For IE, you should probably just download either Firefox or Chrome, as they are both much better browsers with less bugs.

OS X:

For Safari, go to ';Preferences';, and you can change the default download location in the General tab. Safari doesn't appear to have an option to let you choose a location for each file.
