Ok here is the deal, I just hate when i go on-line to watch a video or download something from a site and they tell me that the feature is limited to person with in a particular area.

Yes, this is very annoying, it is the start of government internet censorship.
The best way to get round this would be to use a proxy, as this will make your IP address seem to be in a different area of the globe.

You could try going through a proxy server in an area that is allowed to view the program.
