What does #Name? mean in Access? How how do I get rid of it?

I downloaded a template for MS Access off of Microsoft Office Online. And I'm trying to edit some of the fields in the form while in Design view. But when I changed the names of the fields its says #NAME?

For example: In the Department location Field it should say which department but it says #Name? in the cellsWhat does #Name? mean in Access? How how do I get rid of it?
It means that when you changed the names on the forms, they can no longer map back to a field in the tables that had the name you changed. Basically, the report form has no idea where to draw the information from.

You have 2 choices - either change the names on the tables to match the name changes on the forms, or leave the names as they are on the template and just change the labels (Text that shows next to the field)What does #Name? mean in Access? How how do I get rid of it?
All that is, is a field name. Try #DEPTLOC
there is a broken link to that field

go into the properties and make sure its pulling the info from the right area of the database, and its the correct format to accomidate the text box
